Privacy & Contact Information Statement
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Apoteke to Go is an independent business coordinating delivery requests for the military community. This statement explains how information entered into this website is used. The website currently remains private and in sample-data setup.
Information we collect
The request form collects your name, email, broad pickup and delivery areas, preferred date and time, and acknowledgment of the request terms. Website sign-in provides an account identifier. Authorized staff may add contact phone numbers, a delivery address, alternate-recipient contact details, handoff instructions, courier assignment, scheduling and pickup-authorization status.
We also keep request status history, a recipient name and acknowledgment when delivery completion is recorded, record-change activity, authorized staff access/export events, and previous order versions for recovery. Reusable contact profiles can be created by authorized staff. These are contact and delivery records; this site is not designed to collect clinical records.
Purpose and use
We use this information to review and coordinate requested deliveries, communicate about service, arrange permitted handoffs, provide tracking, manage staff access, and maintain operational and security records. A submitted request does not guarantee service or confirm a delivery booking.
Voluntary disclosure
Providing information is voluntary. The fields marked required are needed to process a request. If you choose not to provide them, you may be unable to submit or coordinate delivery through this website. The business inquiry email remains available for general questions.
Access and sharing
Authorized administrators and dispatchers can review contact and delivery records. Assigned drivers receive the information needed for their assigned deliveries. Customer tracking displays limited status and scheduling information, rather than patient contact details, addresses, internal notes or delivery-proof details. Keep your tracking link and key private.
Hosting, storage and authentication providers process information needed to operate this website. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. We do not sell information collected through this website or use it for advertising. Adding a staff role does not automatically grant private-site access.
Information you should not submit
Do not enter medication names, prescription numbers, diagnoses, medical records, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, military or other government ID numbers, insurance information or payment-card details. Keep delivery instructions limited to practical handoff directions. Use your pharmacy’s authorized channels for prescription and medical questions.
Do not send patient, prescription or other sensitive health information to the general business email address. Email inquiries open a draft in your own email app; you choose whether to send it. Tracking-link email is sent only when its sending service is connected and enabled. SMS and live GPS are not enabled.
Tracking-link email
When the notification service is connected and enabled, a new request can trigger an email to its contact address containing the private tracking link and sign-in instructions. The email service processes the recipient address and link; the message omits patient names, medication details, pharmacy pickup information and delivery addresses. We record sending-service acceptance or failure metadata. Inbox delivery is not guaranteed. Emails do not grant site access, and sample records do not send email.
Storage, security and retention
The site uses private access, server-side staff permissions, limited tracking responses, activity/access histories and password-encrypted backup downloads. These controls do not guarantee security or establish HIPAA compliance. Your organization must protect any downloaded information and keep backup passphrases separately.
A final retention and deletion schedule has not yet been approved. Records, prior versions and access logs remain until reviewed and removed through approved procedures. A deletion request may require identity verification and review of operational or legal retention needs; removal from every backup may not be immediate.
Browser preferences and external services
The application stores only display preferences, such as larger text and contrast settings, in browser local storage. Its code does not include advertising trackers or embedded maps, and fonts load locally from your device. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical request information and use their own cookies or similar technologies. External links open services governed by their own privacy notices.
Questions, correction and deletion requests
Contact Isiah.walker34@yahoo.com to ask about this statement or request access, correction or deletion of contact information. Start with a general request; do not include medical records, prescription information or identity documents in the initial email. A business email and phone will be added when available.
Privacy Act and HIPAA context
This is a private-business privacy statement, not an official federal agency Privacy Act Statement or a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Apoteke to Go is not presenting this website as a federal system of records. Any future agency-specific collection notice must be reviewed against the applicable contract and agency requirements.
Collecting only basic contact details does not by itself determine whether HIPAA applies. Identifying information associated with healthcare or pharmacy services may require additional protection depending on the business relationships and use. Applicability and service-provider agreements have not been verified; continue using sample data during setup.

Delivery identification and recovery copies
Authorized staff can save a driver photo, customer-facing name and vehicle details to help recipients identify their delivery. These details appear on the individual tracking page. Saved driver profiles are available only to dispatch staff until copied to an assigned delivery.
We retain recovery copies of order, contact and driver changes in protected website storage. Administrators can download encrypted copies and approve review intervals. Review intervals do not automatically delete data. Removal requests must account for active records, recovery copies and downloaded exports.
Tracking-link access
Customer pages are public. Individual delivery tracking requires a valid private link or reference and tracking key. No customer account is required. Anyone with that link can see the recorded delivery status, schedule and saved driver identification details. Patient names, contact details, addresses and internal notes are excluded. Keep links private; request a replacement if one is disclosed. Staff workspaces still require authorized sign-in.
