Pickup authorization, identification requirements, location restrictions, pharmacy approval, and medication eligibility are reviewed before any request can be accepted.
Set the handoff
Once all requirements are met, the delivery location, schedule, price, and any handoff requirements are confirmed. Nothing is considered booked until the request is explicitly accepted.
